When you purchase your subscription, you will become a "Seat Manager" for your Team. As the Seat Manager, you can view your Team and all of their progress in their courses.
Yes! All Sales Fix courses and training are self-paced, with no fixed schedule required. Advisors move through the material at their own pace.
That said, we provide recommended timeframes through our Path to Certification, which includes completing both the Foundations and Advanced courses in full. We suggest watching a minimum of one course video per day and attending at least one one-hour weekly webinar. Following these guidelines results in approximately two hours of training per week, not including any additional live training sessions or optional course videos.
Yes! As the account holder and Seat Manager, you have full access to all course content. You can watch every training video, review the materials, and follow along with the same curriculum your advisors are completing. This allows you to stay aligned with the training, reinforce concepts in your shop, and better support your team’s development.
