Allen Baughman

Allen Baughman began his career as a dealership technician before stepping out on his own as a mobile mechanic and eventually taking over a small repair shop in 2021. Since then, Allen has built Legendary Automotive & Diesel Repair into one of the largest independent automotive repair shops in the DFW area.

Along the way, Allen discovered that his greatest fulfillment wasn’t in what he could accomplish himself, but in building a strong team capable of achieving far more together. He has a particular passion for seeing overlooked people given an opportunity to thrive and become all they were created to be—a belief rooted in his faith that we were each created and designed for a purpose.

Allen also founded Legendary Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to providing reliable transportation to orphans, widows, single parents, and veterans through donated vehicles and needed repairs. As a husband and father of five, Allen’s mission is simple: build great relationships, build great businesses, and use both to make a difference.
