Ryan Hillenbrand is a second-generation shop owner with a mind for engineering and a heart for leadership. With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, a minor in Physics, and an MBA in Marketing and Innovation, Ryan blends technical depth with strategic vision.

He owns four successful auto repair shops in the greater Cincinnati area and has led his company through a season of rapid expansion since 2017. Through the inevitable highs and lows of business ownership, Ryan has stayed focused on what he believes are the true drivers of long-term success: the three P’s — People, Product, and Profits — always in that order.

Ryan brings real-world experience and a no-fluff approach to coaching. He knows what it takes to scale a business while developing leaders, building strong teams, and protecting profit along the way. As a Shop Fix coach, he helps owners cut through the noise and focus on what actually moves the needle. With more stores on the horizon, Ryan continues to push for growth while staying rooted in his values and vision.
