Brandon Peavy
Brandon Peavy brings a unique blend of emergency service leadership and business acumen to the automotive industry. Before entering the repair world, Brandon spent 15 years as Chief Operations Officer for a regional EMS agency, following a distinguished career as a firefighter and paramedic.
In 2005, he founded his own ambulance company, which expanded across three regions and employed over 75 people at its peak. Today, Brandon owns a thriving 14-bay automotive repair facility in Harrisonburg, Virginia. With a team of 3 service advisors and 10 technicians, his shop generated $3 million in revenue in 2023. He also owns and operates a successful Urgent Care center, continuing his long-standing commitment to serving his community through both healthcare and automotive excellence.
As a Shop Fix Academy coach, Brandon is known for his sharp operational insight, team leadership, and ability to scale businesses with clarity and purpose. His background in high-pressure, high-stakes environments has equipped him with a unique perspective on systems, efficiency, and team performance. Outside of work, Brandon is a proud husband and father of four, with children ranging in age from toddlers to teenagers. He thrives on building strong teams, both at home and in business.
