Brad Emery

Brad Emery is a coach with Shop Fix Academy and the owner of Professional Automotive. Known for his passion for leadership and personal development, Brad brings deep experience from his own shop into the coaching space.

He was a featured speaker at Hackers 2025, presenting on topics such as male leadership, mindset during struggle and success, and operational growth. Brad also teaches on scaling to MSO, building foreman roles, and navigating hard conversations, which highlights his strength in both team culture and business evolution.
