Adam Rogers

Adam Rogers has been immersed in the automotive industry since the age of 14, getting his start at his uncle’s service station during high school. After working at the same shop from 2008 to 2014, he explored opportunities in the dealership world, eventually managing a Subaru dealership. He also launched a successful real estate photography business before fate brought him back into the world of independent repair.

In 2020, Adam purchased the very shop where he got his start, now AC Automotive in Winston Salem, NC. He joined Shop Fix Academy in 2021 and has since become known for his expertise in systems, processes, and accountability.

A logical and finance-driven teacher, Adam is passionate about helping other shop owners unlock their potential and move from uncertainty to confidence. He is especially driven to support those who, like him, once felt stuck in the early years of business ownership. Watching transformation, when fear gives way to clarity and stability, is what fuels his work.

Outside the shop, Adam is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying powered paragliders. He’s also an off-road motorsports enthusiast. He and his wife love to travel with their young son whenever possible, exploring new places as a family.
