Lauren Keeton

Lauren Keeton grew up in the automotive world. Her father opened a shop when she was in elementary school, but she never imagined she’d one day own one herself. She pursued a career in special education and was passionate about teaching, until life took an unexpected turn.

After marrying a technician and realizing his dream was to run his own shop, she made a bold decision: they’d open a shop, with one condition. They would join a coaching program and be out of the day-to-day within five years.

In 2016, Lauren and her husband opened Keeton Auto Repair and later Keeton Euro Repair in Overland Park, KS. They joined Shop Fix in 2018, and everything changed. With Lauren’s sharp focus on numbers and performance, the business began to grow, and so did her passion for what it could provide: freedom.

Lauren now coaches Shop Fix members with a heart for helping them achieve that same freedom. While she once longed to return to the classroom, she’s found deep purpose in coaching, guiding owners to understand their numbers, make smart decisions, and reclaim their time.

Outside of work, Lauren and her husband stay busy raising their four children and can most often be found cheering them on from the sidelines of one of their many activities. For Lauren, business is about more than profits — it’s about building a life you love.
