Thomas Andrews began his professional life in the world of IT and cybersecurity, where he honed his skills in problem-solving, systems thinking, and innovation. But under the surface, his passion for trucks and cars had been growing since his early days running a diesel truck club with friends. That passion eventually became a calling.

Thomas partnered with his best friend from high school to launch CDT Automotive, a shop built on more than just technical expertise. It became a space where he discovered a deeper purpose: serving people. From customers to employees, Thomas found his greatest joy in building relationships and making an impact.

In 2021, Thomas joined Shop Fix Academy — a move that transformed his business and his mindset. The mentorship he received helped him unlock his potential, scale with clarity, and lead with heart. Inspired by that journey, Thomas became a coach to help others do the same.

Now, as a Shop Fix coach, Thomas is dedicated to empowering shop owners with the tools, systems, and support they need to grow — not just their businesses, but themselves as leaders. His mission is simple: to give back what he was given, and help others find their own breakthrough.
