Both of his shops are based in California, yet Jeff operates them remotely while living full-time in Tennessee — a testament to the systems and leadership he’s built.

Married for 22 years and a proud father of two teenage daughters, Jeff knows firsthand what it means to grow a business without sacrificing your family or freedom.
