Joe Valind

Joe Valind began his career as an automotive technician in 1995. In 2005, he purchased Auto Safety Center, where he had been working, and transformed the business from 3 service bays and $500,000 in annual revenue to an impressive 25 service bays across 3 locations, targeting $7.5 million in revenue. Remarkably, all of this growth has taken place in the last 5 years. Joe attributes his success to transitioning from wearing all the hats in the business to hiring and cultivating top talent.

In 2018 Joe became a Shop Fix client, looking to finally take charge of his runaway business. In 2021, he became a business coach for Shop Fix Academy, where he now coaches over $44 million in revenue, helping clients improve their auto repair shops and become the best version of themselves. He enjoys public speaking and is a regular speaker at Shop Fix conferences, sharing his knowledge and inspiring others in the industry. Married to his high school sweetheart since 2001, Joe and his wife have four children.
