Josh Gendron

With roots in the auto industry dating back to 2008, Joshua Gendron began his journey as a technician at a small independent shop while still in trade school. After spending nearly a decade honing his craft at a Cadillac dealership, a shift in management ethics prompted him to forge his own path and launch his own shop in 2018 as a one-man operation with the support of his wife, Meghan.

Joshua joined Shop Fix in 2019 and quickly became a trusted coach, specializing in finance and leadership development. His coaching focuses on helping shop owners reclaim their freedom of time by shifting their perspective to see the business as an investment rather than just a job.

Outside of coaching, Joshua enjoys camping and road-tripping with his wife and three daughters: Hannah, Madie, and Averie. A licensed pilot, he also spends time in the sky, always chasing new adventures with his family.
