Josh Bird

Josh Bird brings a powerful blend of technical mastery and leadership to the Shop Fix coaching team. He began his automotive career in 2002 and quickly rose to the top, earning GM Master Technician status before transitioning into dealership management in 2012.

In 2018, Josh took the leap into shop ownership, launching Bird Automotive from a humble pole barn with a big vision. By 2021, he had moved into a full commercial facility, and just two years later, expanded into a second location. Today, Bird Automotive is known for its outstanding service, loyal customer base, and strong, people-first culture.

Josh’s leadership centers around customer satisfaction, team development, and continuous innovation. He’s built a thriving business by focusing on what matters most: doing great work, treating people right, and leading with integrity. As a Shop Fix coach, Josh helps other shop owners scale with purpose, build winning teams, and create businesses that customers love and employees believe in.
