Jonathan Ortiz is redefining what it means to run a high-end auto repair shop. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, he’s a second-generation owner of Foreign Affairs Auto, a premier European service center known for delivering luxury-level experiences, right down to the hand-crafted cappuccinos with custom latte art.

Jonathan has recently expanded his impact with a new service brand that caters to all makes and models, continuing his mission to blend hospitality with automotive excellence. Under his leadership, Foreign Affairs earned the 2021 Best Workplaces Award from Ratchet+Wrench Magazine, a reflection of the strong culture and values he's cultivated. Armed with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University, Jonathan brings strategic thinking and forward-facing leadership to everything he does.

As a Shop Fix coach, he helps owners elevate their brand, attract top-performing technicians and advisors, and build systems that support both growth and culture. Jonathan believes that with the right vision and team, a shop can be more than a business — it can be an experience.
