Phil Webster

Phil is a proud Effingham County native, husband, father, grandfather, and business owner with a passion for cars and people. Married to his high school sweetheart, Shannon, for over 25 years, Phil is a family man through and through, blessed with two daughters and a grandchild who keep him grounded and inspired.

After earning a business education degree from Eastern Illinois University — a promise fulfilled to his mother — Phil found his true calling in the world of automotive. What began as buying and flipping cars during college evolved into a full-blown entrepreneurial journey. In 2006, he founded Teutopolis Auto Sales, and by 2010, he expanded with Webster Tire and Auto Service.

Two decades later, Phil now operates a car lot, three repair shops, and an auto body shop, serving his community with reliable, trustworthy service. Phil joined Shop Fix in 2020 to continue learning and growing, and in 2023, stepped into a coaching role. He now walks alongside other shop owners, helping them grow not just in business, but in life. His leadership is grounded in faith, service, and the belief that success is measured by impact.

When he’s not coaching or running his businesses, you’ll find Phil spending time with family, traveling, playing music, or enjoying the stillness of a deer stand. His heart for people, love for his craft, and drive to keep learning make him a coach you want in your corner.
